Returns
If a product does not meet your expectations or the dimensions are incorrect, you have the right to return the item within 14 days of delivery, provided it meets our return conditions.
Please note: Personalized items cannot be returned.
Step 1: Send an email to info@silkybaby.nl with your order number, the products that are being returned and the reason for the return. As soon as we have processed your return request, we will send the return address by email.
Step 2: Return the products according to our return conditions. The costs for return shipping are at your own expense. Please note: Silky Baby is not liable for packages sent without track & trace. Therefore, keep your track & trace safe until you are sure that your package has been safely received by Silky Baby.
Step 3: Returns and refunds will be processed within 5 business days of arrival. You will receive confirmation of this, provided the return shipment meets our return conditions.
Return conditionsAll returns must meet the following conditions:
- The product is complete, unused, unworn and unwashed;
- The original tags and labels are still attached to the product;
- The product must be returned in the original product bags and packaging.
